Data deletion

Automatic deletion

Demo and MVP uploads are automatically removed under the retention rules shown in the product at upload time. In the future Full service, any optional trial upload will use the trial period shown before upload, while paid uploads will remain accessible for the period tied to the purchase; each is automatically deleted once that period ends. You do not need to request this — it happens on schedule without any action from you.

Deleting your data yourself

If you want to remove your data before it expires on its own, Grand Video does not require you to email a request. A self-serve “Clear my data” control in your account will remove your uploaded files, close the active account, and remove its Facebook Login binding without waiting for a manual request to be processed. Before this feature launches, the product will clearly disclose any narrow transaction, legal, audit, or trial-abuse record that must be retained, along with its purpose and retention period.

What gets removed

Clearing your data removes your uploaded video files and the active Facebook-linked account data used to provide the service. A narrowly retained record, if required under the disclosed launch policy, cannot be used as an active account or to restore deleted videos. Deletion does not affect copies that recipients may already have downloaded to their own devices before deletion.

If you cannot use the self-serve control

If you are unable to use the self-serve control for any reason, you can contact us at lsh.samlee@gmail.com and we will process your request.
